[Kst] 0.93 testing

Kst 0.93 tag kst_0_93_release has been set in CVS and is ready for testing.  
It does not include anything from the planckio branch, and the new kstplugin 
code is contained but disabled (not even compiled).  I can move the tag for 
any bug fixes we need (hopefully not in kstobject.* :-) ).

Feedback is appreciated.  It seems to be stable for me and it passes the 
regression suite, but it's not exactly thorough.
