Hi,

when one clicks the SSL box in kopete's XMPP setup box, it changes to TCP port
5223 and tries to immediately do SSL when connecting. This method has been
deprecated and replaced by STARTTLS done on port 5222. A lot of servers out
there do not support direct xmpp-over-ssl no port 5223 any more.

To allow kopete to be used with such a server, it would be good if XMPP
starttls would be implemented.
