This still doesn't appear to be available even in KDE 4.2.  I really hate to be
a nudge, but is it that hard to expose new tasks that shortcuts can be assigned
to?  Don't give it a default if you want, I can configure it myself, but an
action for "jump to tab 1", "jump to tab 2", etc. is desperately needed.
