Gentoo still has option to enable MSN plugin when compiling Kopete. I have been
using the WLM plugin since I upgraded to KDE 4.2.x but I wanted to use my
webcam. I have also spent the last week implementing V4L2_CAP_STREAMING
capability in my webcam's driver and applied the libv4l patch against Kopete.
Now Kopete recognize the webcam, I see images but the WLM plugin does not send
the video stream :-/ Today I tried the MSN plugin but the video chat has not
worked. I have also searched for the Kopete's release plan and have found
nothing. I wanted to know how is Kopete development going, it seems to be slow
and there are a lot of bugs about features in KDE's Bugzilla.
