I use a web camera over uvcvideo. Parallely there is Skype running on my
system, but not using the camera, I cannot see any relation to the following
issues.

In the video settings panel I got the following problems:

1. After starting or restarting Kopete the preview is not automatically
visible, but closing and reopening the video settings dialog makes it work.

2. The "Standard" drop down box does not contain any value, it is empty.
