The icon applied to the chat window is the protocol icon (AIM, Jabber, etc.). 
When the remote user's status is Away, Busy, or Mobile, a smaller icon appears
over the protocol icon reflecting this status.  The protocol icon scales well
when the size of the icon changes; the status icon does not.

My wish is that the smaller status icon would also scale smoothly, because I
use a dock with large window icons.  Right now, it looks bad in contrast with
the smooth protocol icon.
