When I try to send or receive a file in a conversation with OTR
(off-the-record) enabled, it does not work.
Instead of receiving a file transfer request I get: 

The following message received from SOMEBODY at SOMEWHERE.org was not encrypted:
[]

Disabling OTR for this conversation made the file transfer possible.
