STEPS TO REPRODUCE<br>
1. The Konsole terminal is opened by clicking the mouse<br>
2. Type the code "sudo pacman-Syu" and press Enter<br>

OBSERVED RESULT<br>
A thick blue border often appears on the left side. <br>
Note that this doesn't necessarily occur; sometimes it happens unexpectedly.<br>

EXPECTED RESULT<br>
Don't let any superfluous and uncontrollable other things appear<br>
