question but how do I set up Konsole<br>
in iso-8859-15 to use unicode line drawings for windows that<br>
are opened in my curses old TUI application the way PuTTY does<br>
when you set "Use Unicode line drawings"? in iso mode<br>

The old app does not support Unicode without lots of changes, <br>
