[konsole] [Bug 481898] No saved size & position

I tested this with different Global Scale. If the scale is 100% then Konsole
remembers the window size, but if the scale is any value other than 100 then it
uses the Initial columns set in the profile. I am using 125% scale so this bug
is appearing for me.
