Visualisation of problem

SUMMARY:
The scrollbars aren't easy to see!

If I change the KDE theme globally from system settings app, other kde apps
change, but nothing changes in Konsole.

Is it possible that you provide a handle on the scrollbar and its background so
that we can make them higher contrast?
