Same here: Also on Lenovo (Thinkpad L15) with dock, also on Manjaro. Konsole
v23.08.2

Maybe related:
I can recover if I switch to a different profile and back, also new tabs in a
garbled window display just fine. 
Also the first time (after this occurs) I open the context menu for profile
switching it displays just a black rectangle, the second time it displays
correctly a list or profiles.
