I, too, have this problem. I realized that once I enter the "Create profile"
dialog, it creates the profile file in `~/.local/share/konsole` and as soon as
the dialog is dismissed, the file disappears.

System:
- Arch Linux (Linux 6.0.2-arch1-1 x86_64)
- KDE Plasma 5.26.2
- KDE Framework 5.99
- Qt 5.15.6
