[konsole] [Bug 458432] I make new profile in Konsole and apply it. It works fine until I open another Konsole and the profile is gone. It happens over and over again.

I can't remember where I read it, but saving the new profile with the name
"profile", no caps, supposedly works. It's really annoying that the OEM default
profile no longer allows changes from its annoying defaults.
