[konsole] [Bug 457028] Profiles are not saved correctly

Also seeing this. In the "Manage Profiles" menu if you hover over a newly
created profile, you can see a listed `*.profile` file that does not exist,
despite `.local/share/konsole` permissions looking correct.

Here's my system info:
