STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Konsole
2. click on 'Settings' menu, choose 'Edit Current Profile...'
3. click on 'Mouse' in the left side, click on 'Miscellaneous' tab

OBSERVED RESULT
Text is not entirely readable. Please see the attached screenshot.
