    Simplify ProfileManager code

    Now all the profiles are loaded in the constructor; I didn't see any
    noticeable difference in loading times.

    Also all the profiles are loaded anyway because ProfileList calls
    ProfileManager::allProfiles() to populate the profiles menu ...etc.
