Looking at the config file, looks like there's specific line entries for
menubar, statusbar, etc, but not for the toolbar.  Presumably toolbar "state"
is stored in the generic and opaque (that is non-plain-text, apparently
text-encoded binary) "State" entry, probably along with a bunch of other stuff,
making it rather more delicate and prone to corruption than a dedicated
separate-line plain-text setting. =:^(
