SUMMARY

Adding/running a shell script from K menu in terminal creates non-deletable
Konsole profile

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a shell script in K menu, and set it to run in terminal.
2. Run the script.
3. Look at your Konsole profiles.

OBSERVED RESULT

Creates a non-deletable Konsole profile.

EXPECTED RESULT

Should not create a Konsole profile.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Slackware-current
KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.80.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

My script was /usr/local/bin/element , to run Element-electron (changes to its
directory then 'yarn start.')  The Konsole profile created didn't run
'/bin/bash -l' but ran /usr/local/bin/element.
