SUMMARY

Can't get rid of toolbars

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use konsole

OBSERVED RESULT

There is no way to disable the toolbars. I can move them around and I did
manage to empty them.

EXPECTED RESULT

Get rid of the useless and unwanted toolbars
