Just to be clear, I saw this bug come back after installing (from Fedora
updates-testing) konsole5-21.04.2-3.fc34 and konsole5-part-21.04.2-3.fc34.

I see the bug fixed by downgrading to konsole5-21.04.2-1.fc34 and
konsole5-part-21.04.2-1.fc34.

The bug is fixed in the -1 version and comes back in the -3 version.  I have
never seen a -2 version of either package.
