ENABLE_PLUGIN_SSHMANAGER

Building git master Konsole If I run cmake without
-DENABLE_PLUGIN_SSHMANAGER=ON
then the build does not include src/plugins/SSHManager/  but if I add that
switch then it does include src/plugins/SSHManager/.  Something seems up
with CMakeLists.txt that it doesn't build that by default.
