It's definitely something necessary!
The only way to get some information about whether these monitors are enabled
or not is through the toolbar which is available for some versions of konsole
(https://i.imgur.com/Pd2sEgw.png). But this is not an adequate solution since
not all users use it and it only reports the status of the active tab.

I suggested in another bug (#439738) to use kirigami alerts, and they will be
displayed when pressing the key, which still keeps the need to display some
indicator on the tab.

My suggestion is something like what I tried to do in this image:

The icon will indicate that any monitor is active
The counter next to the tab name will indicate if there are any pending
notifications

I think using tabs with different colors is a bit much for that, and they are
usually used to indicate the connection to some remote server. This is already
a WIP in konsole and will be available soon.
