Use the titlebar coloras the tabbar background.

OBSERVED RESULT
The tabbar background is not the same as the titlebar which is not in line with
our current design.

EXPECTED RESULT
The tabbar background should use the same color as the titlebar so it's in line
with our current design. (visually merge the titlebar and the toolbar, and I
think it would be nice to extend this to the tabbar background)
