I don't see any more lines too on

Operating System: Manjaro Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.75.0
Qt Version: 5.15.1
Kernel Version: 5.9.3-1-MANJARO

for scaling 1.5 both on X11 and Wayland.


However on a second laptop (with a lower resolution namely FullHD) I saw only
some lines when making a multi-line selection in Konsole on Wayland. On X11
there were none in this case.
