Thanks for the video Carlos. It appears I didn't understand that you need to be
on the word you want to change to uppercase. I was using it at the end of the
line expecting the whole line to change.

I can confirm this works for me in Konsole, Gnome Terminal and TTY now.

ibra, can you please confirm if this issue is still affecting you?
