SUMMARY
Can't access Konsole's settings after disabling the menu bar and window frame

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole and its settings
2. Check the "Remove title bar and window frame" option and exit out of the
settings app
3. Click on the "Settings" tab and uncheck "Show menu bar"

OBSERVED RESULT
It is not possible to access Konsole's settings or menu bar until using the
Ctrl+Shift+M(or ,) key combination

EXPECTED RESULT
The option(s) to access Konsole's settings and/or show the menu bar should be
available in the right-click menu to avoid confusion, keyboard shortcuts aren't
as obvious as the right-click menu
