<C-b> not sent to tmux anymore.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Start tmux
1. Press "<C-b> c"  to create a new tmux tab.

OBSERVED RESULT
"c" typed at bash prompt.

EXPECTED RESULT
New tmux tab.
