STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable plasma-wayland
2. Launch konsole
3. Logout
4. Login
5. Launch konsole


OBSERVED RESULT

It opens a 0x0 sized window just having controls visible

EXPECTED RESULT

It should open a "normal" terminal window
