Heck, I have even removed konsole and yakuake packages from the system, deleted
~/.config/yakuakerc ~/.config/konsolerc ~/.local/share/yakuake and
~/.local/share/konsole.

Then reinstalled konsole and ran "konsole --show-menubar". The konsole was run
WITHOUT menu bar.
