SUMMARY

It's extremely mysterious, so first I need some hint where to search for a
problem. This current problem is: menu bar won't show. The Right-click popup
menu doesn't contain an option to show menu bar, clicking Shift+Ctrl+M does
nothing, running console with `--show-menubar` option doesn't show it either.

I have another machine with exactly the same system and same version of
everything and this problem doesn't appear.

Another problem - which MIGHT be related - is that the "Switch Profile" menu
shows only "Default Profile" and nothing else, despite that when I run konsole
with `--list-profiles`, it shows me 5 various profiles.

What MIGHT also matter is that I have installed on this system Yakuake, which I
don't know its connection to konsole, but on other platforms it allowed me to
select also profiles earlier created for konsole. Yakuake also doesn't show all
these profiles in "Switch profile" menu, however it shows them when I choose
"Manage profiles" from its main menu. Also, not all profiles are shown. I can
run `konsole --profile <profile>` with one of those profiles and konsole gets
it, however "Switch profile" still displays "Default profile". When I select
this, it switches to some default settings, but "Edit profile" then proposes
the name of the profile "Default", but after I change some settings and confirm
it, it will create a new profile named "Profile N" (where N is the next free
number among existing ones).

As I said, I need some hint where to look for because it looks like konsole
doesn't "see" these profiles or it has some rogue settings somewhere, but I
have no idea where to look.
