Horizontal lines in Vim; Fractional Scaling 1.5; Transparency=True

Theses lines appear while scrolling in Vim.

* Interestingly their distance is mostly 5 rows, but it varies rarely.
* Those lines do not appear or disappear in vim while scrolling IF the pointer
is on the top or on the bottom.
* Those are the same horizontal lines which can be observed in Konsole outside
of Vim, which can be seen in the next screenshot.
