I was referring to the KDE 4 menu.  If you are using the KDE 3 desktop then you won't see a 'Computer' tab.

Was that with KDE 4.0 or KDE 4.1?  The desktop itself has improved quite a lot in KDE 4.1 so I'd urge you to give that a try if you have the time.
