Oh, sorry.  Looking at the Help file/Menu Items, I noticed the difference in 
spaces.  'Tab Bar' vs menubar, scrollbar.  It looks strange that all; I was 
curious which is correct:
Tabbar, menubar, scrollbar
Tab Bar, Menu Bar, Scroll Bar
