Hi,

Attached is a patch which allows one to DND any type of URL into a konsole and 
copy or move it into the cwd (and link or cd to in if it's a local URL - just 
pasting is still an option too, of course).

The code was there for local URLs, but I kept missing the ability to DND from 
ftp or http, so I made it general.

Plus, a big part of what I find so great in KDE is how every resource is an 
URL, so we shouldn't discriminate.

Ok to commit?
