My strong opinion is that Konsole should allow setting additional shortcuts. E.g. i would like to 
use Ctrl+Insert for copying the selection (as Konsole allowed to do before), but it doesn't let 
me do so. 
 
I agree there should only minimal set of default shortcuts to reduce possibility of interfering 
with programs run in the Konsole. But when i'm adding a shortcut myself, it is my responsibility 
to choose a shortcut that doesn't break input to programs. Why doesn't Konsole allow me to do 
that? Prohibiting is not the way out.
