[Konsole-devel] Bug#40422: Quit does not work. Close button does not work. Konsole does not remember settings (even after save settings is used)

Version: 1.1 (using KDE 3.0.0 )

Compiler:          gcc 2.96
OS:                Linux
OS/Compiler notes: Redhat Linux 7.2

On pressing (or choosing) Quit from the File menu, nothing happens. Similarly, no response if I click the Close (X) button-- this is only for Konsole (works for other applications I have used so far).

And,i change the schema to Green on Black or any other  and then choose "save settings". Then, i exit konsole by using CTRL-D or "exit". But when i restart it my settings are LOST :-O
