Hi Reddy,<br>

Most probably you don't have framebuffer enabled in your kernel.<br>
try,<br>
#less -f /dev/fb0<br>
This should list some data.<br>
If you are getting an error it means either,<br>
<br>
1. you have to login as root<br>
or,<br>
2. You have to recompile the kernel to enable framebuffer.<br>
