Due to same date, the software is keeping the credit entry as
the first entry of the day, and in turn it is giving an
incorrect balance amount. <br>

<p>You can adjust the sort order of transactions as displayed in the
ledger, but there is no way to control the position of individual
transactions. As long as the balance is correct at the end of
each day, I really wouldn't worry about a temporarily negative
balance in the middle of a day.</p>
<p>Details on sorting depend on whether you are running a stable
version or one from master branch. It might be reasonable to file
a wishlist bug to add debit/credit to the sort options, but I'm
not sure how much priority it would get for implementation.<br>
