Hello
Jack,
thanks
for
replying.

As
I
was
typing
another
email
to
ask
questions
about
investment
reports
(stay
tuned
its
coming!),
I
found
the
culprit.
This
happened
because
a
schedule
that
had
the
CC
account
as
the
"recipient"
therefore
it
was
not
visible
in
the
schedules
window
and
I
didnt
see
it
when
I
did
a
filter
to
filter
out
all
schedules
sourcing
from
the
CC
account...

This
is
my
mistake.
I
have
dozens
of
schedules
sourcing
from
the
CC
account
but
only
one
with
CC
as
the
recipient
(and
its
scheduled
once
per
5
years)....

Thanks
again!

Hello,

I
cannot
close
a
credit
card
account
but
I
dont
know
why.

Usally
when
I
cannot
close
an
account
its
either
because
there
are
residual
$
in
it
(such
as
a
brokerage
account
for
stocks
transactions)
or
its
because
it
still
has
some
schedules
associated
to
it.

I
feel
this
has
been
asked
before
but
I
tried
looking
in
my
data
file
to
see
where
this
acount
(AXXXXXXX)
is
being
used
and
except
some
reports
it
seems
to
be
free
so
to
speak.
No
schedules
using
it.

Yet,
I
cannot
CLOSE
the
account.
This
is
a
simple
Credit
Card
account.

Short
of
reconfiguring
all
80+
reports,
how
can
I
solve
this?
I
wouldnt
want
to
untick
this
account
from
all
reports
because
I
want
the
transactions
in
it
to
be
used
in
the
reports.

Looking
forward
to
answers!

I'm
not
certain,
but
I
believe
that
closed
accounts
are
not
used
in
any
reports.
(I
found
some
old
bugs
about
Capital
Gains
Reports,
but
did
not
look
further.)
It
is
possible
that
you
cannot
close
an
account
still
used
in
a
report.

When
you
try
to
close
the
account,
is
there
any
tool-tip
if
you
hover
the
mouse
over
the
Close
button
or
menu
choice?

See

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=451921
and
perhaps
that
can
be
changed
from
just
Capital
Gains
reports
to
any
reports.
