Tag multiple transactions

Hello all, long time no see!

I'm reorganizing my transactions (1 decade of transactions!) and, looking
now, some expenses categories would be better as tags.

I'm trying to:

1. first tag all such transactions with a good tag name
2. merge the expense category with another one

I couldn't find a place to do mass labeling (neither in tag nor in
transactions). Is it possible?
