KMyMoney 5.1.3 released

Thanks for your help.

I currently am using 5.1.2 in Ubuntu 22.04 and because it works fine,
I'm not sure it's worth upgrading to 5.1.3

The appimage seems to be older than my current version.

To be honest I can't remember how I installed it when I upgraded to
Ubuntu 22.04. Must have been easy !!
