Customizing the visual aspect of reports

Hi

I'd like to be able to improve the visual aspect of the reports. When I
right click on them, the menu that pops up suggests it may be a web page.

Is there a way to apply a custom css to that, or is there a template I can
edit, or a way to export that page?
