mapping an account

Hi all,I need a bit of help. I am writing a procedure for mapping to an account.I need to give a step by step procedure, with graphics, but since my bank doesn't let me do this, I am stuck.I went to the Handbook to cobble together something, but there was only descriptive text.
Can anyone on the list make screen captures of the windows and wizard screens for mapping an account?I know this is complicated since there are a number of variables, like what country you are in changes the protocol, etc.
Maybe someone already did this?Thanks,Aaron
