[Kmymoney] Import from MoneyDance

Ok, sorry, I'm not very good at this mail list stuff, never really used
them. I'm used to Forums. :) As a follow up, with the new version, it
imported 10x better. I still had some cleanup work, but actually only a
little. I also couldn't change the Account from one currency to
another. I opened the .kmy file with a text editor, found the right
account, and changed it from USD to PEN, and all worked great! They
were re-imported as PEN currency, so I didn't have to worry about the
exchange rate! :) Some fanangling, but in the end all worked great, I'm
happy as a lark. Case closed, everything solved.

@Allan indeed those were duplicated, but it was pretty easy to remove
them in my 'checking' account, because they were the only things NOT
reconciled :). So I filtered things that weren't marked, and deleted up
to the recent date, and hand picked through them. Really pleased!

Shane
