Because of the way my bank manages such things, I created a new
account. They run the two accounts in parallel for a time and
transfer stuff between them. <br>

<div>One question to clarify - within KMM did you create a new
account, or just map the new on-line account to the old KMM
account? I had a similar problem last year, and although I
download my statements (OFX) when I imported the OFX from the
new account to the same account in KMM, I believe it kept all
it's account mappings/recognition.</div>
