OK. I see where you are coming from now, thanks. However, the UI is not 
consistent. If I use the status filter at the top of the ledger and select 
Not Reconciled, it shows me all transactions where the flag is C or empty. 
This is different to the definition you are using for this message. 
Just my opinion, but I find your definition of Not Reconciled very 
confusing. If a flag of R means reconciled then surely any value other than 
R means not reconciled.
