I've tagged, prepared and built a 5.1.3 release with a fix by Dmitry and a revert by Tiar. I needed an updated version number for the stores, and have uploaded the binaries to <a href="http://download.kde.org" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">download.kde.org</a> and the Windows Store.<br>

Uploading to Play Console failed (as I noted on IRC) and my windows computer has broken down, so I cannot upload to Epic. Uploading to Steam is for Emmet.<br>

Sharaf, can you please check what's up with the Play Console?<br>

And can y'all please check the packages and decide whether to officially release (add version to bko, publish the announcement, update the download page) tomorrow?<br>
