Silvio: After more test, I've found the issue is not in
"regular" bitmap brushes (gbr) but only in<br>
ANIMATED bitmap brushes (gih), and the issue is that the brush
only load 1 "frame" locked during the stroke <br>
instead of using the animated brush correctly.<br>

You can check this easily using the "Z-test pressure" brush in

Haha.. :D funny... I noticed that the animated brushes don't work
too but i thought that this are two different issues.<br>
So I fixed the the use of the gih brushes :D<br>
Thats the reason why the first problem doesn't occur anymore for me
:D (I really fixed it by mistake).<br>
It's already in master (and a new option to use a gradient as color
source).<br>
Just compile it and all brushes should work properly (hopefully).<br>
