Make Canvas Only mode not go always to fullscreen

I like to put Krita to the left side of the screen and to the right side
something else.

If I press `Tab` to go into `Canvas Only` mode it always goes into
fullscreen and I have to press `Ctrl + Shit + F` twice to exit fullscreen
but still hide the UI elements.

I'd like to either remove the code that make the `Canvas Only` mode go to
fullscreen (`libs/ui/KisViewManager.cpp line 1267`) or add a configuration
option in `Canvas Only Settings` in the configuration.
If the latter needs to be done what it is the `.kra` saved file policy in
such matters ?
Like how do I add a new option to be stored in the file without affecting
backward compatibility ?

PS: Found a bug, open Krita without choosing a file and choose to go into
`Canvas Only` mode from the menu, you can now no longer exit `Canvas Only`
mode by pressing Tab.
